A boutique business law firm based in Zagreb. We advise Croatian and international clients on transactions, financing, disputes and day-to-day business matters.
We assemble a team according to the legal and commercial requirements of the matter. The partners and lawyers leading the mandate are involved in the work and communicate directly with the client.
At the outset, we consider the objectives, documents and timetable and agree the scope of our support. Throughout the matter, we coordinate the legal work with the needs of the project and work with the client’s internal team and other advisers.
Our work covers commercial and corporate matters, transactions, banking and finance, disputes, restructuring, and real estate and construction projects.
We work with Croatian and international businesses, financial institutions, investors and public bodies. Our clients operate in energy, public utilities, real estate, financial services, automotive, hospitality and other industries.
We combine experience in transactions, projects and disputes with an understanding of our clients’ day-to-day operations. This helps us assess legal issues in their commercial context.
Our practice has its roots in the joint legal practice established by Tomislav Orehovec and his partners in 2005. The law firm was established in 2012 and has operated under the name OREHOVEC KIŠ ŠIMUNOVIĆ since 2026.
